This role is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and creative event marketer to make a meaningful impact on dscout’s brand and growth. As Senior Event Marketing Manager, they will have the autonomy to shape and execute a high-impact event strategy, from industry-leading conferences to exclusive executive gatherings. They will work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and leadership, ensuring events not only run seamlessly but also drive engagement and business outcomes. If they are passionate about creating memorable experiences, influencing brand perception, and owning a dynamic event portfolio, this role offers the perfect blend of strategy, execution, and innovation in a fast-growing company

What you will do:

  • Organizing and executing impactful senior leadership events including Executive Dinners, Roundtables, and our annual user conference.
  • Managing Dscout’s tradeshow and conference presence by overseeing booth design, sponsorships, logistics, team coordination, and speaking opportunities to maximize ROI.
  • Partnering with the Customer & Community Manager on running Dscout’s customer meetups and user groups.
  • Traveling to events to oversee on-site execution and ensure a best-in-class experience for all attendees, customers, and prospects
  • Working closely with sales, product, marketing, and leadership teams to align event strategies with business priorities.
  • Managing the full event cycle, from pre to post-event, including sales enablement to convert leads to pipeline. 
  • Tracking, analyzing, and reporting to leadership on event performance metrics such as attendance, engagement, ROI, and lead generation.

What you need to have:

  • Over 5 years of proven success in managing field marketing and producing executive events 
  • Ability to travel 40% of the time
  • Capable of productively working in a variety of environments away from a desk
  • Ability to leverage strategic vision to inform priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience negotiating with and managing external vendors, contractors and venues, and coordinating a wide range of services.
  • Strong event management, project management, budget management, and reporting experience 
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build strong relationships with sales leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, gifting platforms and Virtual Event platforms like Zoom or CVENT.
