POSITION SUMMARY

The Execution Leader – Cold Plate is responsible for end-to-end execution for assigned customer accounts, serving as the central point of coordination from design handoff through production, delivery, site deployment, and customer acceptance. This role translates customer requirements and launch timing into clear internal execution plans, aligning cross-functional teams to key milestones and ensuring the business is prepared to deliver against customer commitments.

This leader drives execution discipline across engineering, operations, sales, and other supporting functions to keep programs on track, resolve issues quickly, and maintain clear communication with both internal stakeholders and the customer. The role requires strong project leadership, customer presence, and the ability to manage rapid design iterations, competing priorities, and execution risk in a fast-paced environment. Success in this position depends on the ability to create alignment, maintain accountability, and deliver a high-quality customer experience while meeting business and operational objectives.

  • Successful management of design iteration cycles without losing schedule control or compromising execution quality
  • Accurate and timely status reporting, escalation management, and milestone tracking across assigned accounts

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the end-to-end execution timeline for assigned accounts, including target account development and integration partners and ODMs, from design handoff through production, delivery, site deployment, and customer acceptance
  • Translate customer launch schedules into internal milestone plans, coordinating dependencies across teams (applications engineering, operations, sales, etc.)
  • Drive rapid iteration cycles between engineering and customer-facing teams, ensuring design revisions are incorporated and revalidated while staying on schedule.
  • Serve as the primary execution point of contact for the dedicated accounts, managing milestone communications, status reporting, and escalation handling.
  • Coordinate with Sales to maintain alignment between customer expectations and internal execution capacity.
  • Assemble and lead cross-functional issue resolution teams, driving accountability and fast closure on blockers.
  • Proactively identify execution risks across workstreams with mitigation strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7-10 years of project management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related technical field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent project management skills. 
  • Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Knowledge of engineering, manufacturing processes, data center infrastructure and commissioning processes preferred. 
  • Experience working with Taiwan ODMs is a plus.
