Executive Assistant to the CRO
About us: Accuris was formed in May 2023 through the combination of S&P Engineering Solutions (formerly part of IHS Markit) and Techstreet, bringing together over six decades of leadership in engineering standards, technical content, and workflow technology. Accuris transforms the world's largest repository of standards and supply chain data into AI-driven insights and connected workflows, enabling engineers to work smarter, stay compliant, and innovate faster.
Accuris is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support, it's about driving clarity, enabling execution, and ensuring alignment across the GTM and leadership organizations. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, anticipates needs, and creates systems that scale.
Role Overview
The ideal candidate for this role provides trusted partnership to executive leaders through a combination of operational rigor, cross-functional execution, and proactive communication management. You'll ensure strategic priorities stay on track, programs run seamlessly, and leaders remain focused on the highest-impact work.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage executive schedules with a focus on strategic priorities and time optimization
  • Anticipate meeting needs: prepare briefs, context, and follow-up materials
  • Coordinate complex travel and logistics with attention to executive efficiency
  • Capture decision outcomes and drive post-meeting accountability
  • Track and report progress on key actions and leadership commitments
  • Support planning and execution for leadership offsites (ie mid-year manager meeting), Sales Kickoffs, and internal forums
  • Manage platforms like SharePoint, WorkVivo, and communication cadences across functions
  • Help ensure leadership updates are clear, consistent, and connect with internal audiences
  • Design workflows and meeting rhythms that reduce friction and scale with company growth
  • Anticipate evolving needs by implementing efficient operational frameworks
  • Continuously refine processes to support leadership effectiveness and organizational clarity

What Success Looks Like
  • Executives consistently operate in alignment with strategic priorities
  • Decisions translate into clear next steps and measurable outcomes
  • Internal communication feels connected, proactive, and human
  • GTM initiatives are coordinated and executed with precision
  • Leadership capacity expands because operations run smoothly

Why This Role Matters
Senior leaders are often stretched between strategy and execution. Initiatives lose momentum post-meeting, and internal communications struggle to inspire. This EA role bridges that gap - creating calm from chaos, driving accountability, and ensuring the organization moves faster, executes better, and stays aligned.
Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid in-office)
Compensation/Benefits Information
Accuris states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $90,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual bonus as well as comprehensive benefits. For more information on benefits, please reach out to the recruiter assigned to the role.
