Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to help drive the expansion and growth of Aconomy’s community. As a crucial member of our team, you will be expected to execute a hands-on approach in building and nurturing our community

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the CEO's schedule, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and enhance our brand presence

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data management

  • Organize and facilitate internal and external communications, enhancing transparency and collaboration

  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and integrity

  • Take initiative in identifying opportunities for the company to optimize collaboration and operate effectively

  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a tech or startup (web3) environment

  • Knowledgeable of Web3 and RWA sectors

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
