What You'll Do
- Strategic Gatekeeping: Strategically plan long-term calendars with minimal direction, aligning schedules with business priorities. You'll "play Tetris" with global time zones, prioritizing with purpose and deflecting with tact.
- Operational Excellence: Own all travel and logistics-both domestic and international-optimizing for the executive's time and cost. You'll handle expense reports through Navan and ensure every detail is secured and up-to-date.
- Project Leadership: Own small-to-medium projects, creating high-quality presentations and spreadsheets. You'll track action items for recurring meetings (Weekly, Monthly, All Hands) and ensure owners follow through.
- Mission Control: Act as a trusted communicator who understands the "why" behind business priorities. You'll prepare agendas and data for meetings, ensuring your executives are equipped with everything they need to succeed.
- Team Collaboration: Our EA team has a high degree of camaraderie and so the ideal candidate values partnering closely with their peers and fostering teamwork, helping to make Cloudflare a welcoming, inclusive place for everyone.
- Experience: Typically 6+ years of related experience, ideally in a high-growth environment supporting senior leaders.
- Problem Solving: You are a "skilled specialist" who completes complex tasks in resourceful ways. You anticipate logistical needs before they are explicitly stated.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills. You can distill complex information into clear language and share relevant info in a way everyone understands.
- Integrity: You act with a high level of discretion, doing the right thing even when it's hard and focusing on the long-term best interest of the company.
- Technical Savvy: Expert-level knowledge of Google Suite and major airline platforms.
Mindset: Personable with a "can-do" attitude. You lead with empathy, assume good intentions, and treat everyone with respect.
