Position Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to manage administrative and operational tasks to free up the leader's time for creative and transformational work. As our assistant, you must demonstrate strong GRIT, resilience, reliability, and follow-through, while understanding the unique nature of this professional profile and the work in sexual shamanism as this is an adult entertainment industry.

Discretion, confidentiality, and a non-judgmental approach are essential to us. You will manage email, may handle sensitive information, calendars, and multiple communication platforms while collaborating closely with our Team Leader and Account Manager.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Daily Administrative Flow: Email triage, folder organization, may handle sensitive information and consistent follow-ups.

  2. Calendar Management: Scheduling discovery calls and appointments to optimize the schedule.

  3. Social Media Support: Scheduling and monitoring posts (content provided by us).

  4. Platform Monitoring: Managing 5–7 communication platforms (e.g., Instagram DMs, OnlyFans).

  5. Team Collaboration: Working with our Team Leader and Account Manager to track performance and integration.

  6. Confidentiality: Supporting the work with high discretion and maintaining strict privacy.

  7. Reliability: Demonstrating consistent follow-through while managing sensitive information.



RequirementsQualifications & Skills
  1. 1 year or more of experience in administrative/virtual assistance or related roles.

  2. Strong proficiency with Google Workspace; Microsoft Office is not required.

  3. Ability to demonstrate “grit”—patience, proactive questioning, and emotional stability.

  4. Ability to work primarily through electronic communication; verbal communication is less critical.

  5. A nuanced understanding of this specific professional field and the sensitivity of the work.

  6. High discretion, a non-judgmental approach, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
