Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO, North America, VP of Sales & Partnerships, and VP of Client Success. In this role, you will work closely with senior stakeholders, managing day-to-day operations and gaining valuable insight into the strategic workings of the business. You will be responsible for handling and prioritizing a steady stream of requests, meetings, and travel arrangements while anticipating the leaders' needs.

Success in this role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong judgment, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable interacting with executives and handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

Responsibilities:

  • Calendar & Meeting Management – Efficiently manage executive calendars, scheduling and adjusting internal and external meetings as needed.
  • Administrative Support – Assist senior leaders with day-to-day administrative activities, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Travel Coordination – Work closely with the company’s Travel Manager to oversee complex travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Stakeholder Liaison – Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Document & Presentation Preparation – Drive the creation and review of spreadsheets, slide decks, and meeting agendas.
  • Task & Issue Tracking – Monitor action items and key issues, driving them to resolution with integrity and accountability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work effectively with teams across multiple functions, levels, and time zones.
  • Project & Special Assignments – Lead and support strategic initiatives as needed for the executive team.



Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in an executive support role within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong judgment and discretion, particularly when handling confidential information.
  • Proactive problem solver with a high level of accountability and attention to detail
  • Experience in a global environment with the ability to coordinate across time zones.
  • Adaptability in ambiguity, with the ability to shift priorities as business needs evolve.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Compensation: $75,000-$80,000
