Type: Full-Time | Contractor (1099) to start
Compensation: $4,000–$6,000/month (based on experience)

About the Role

Clogg Group is hiring a highly capable Executive Assistant to support a founder/operator managing multiple fast-growing businesses across digital marketing, health & fitness, and software.

This is a true right-hand role. You will be responsible for creating structure, reducing noise, and enabling the executive to focus exclusively on high-impact work. If you thrive in fast-moving environments, think in systems, and execute without hand-holding, this role is for you.

This is a remote-first role, with flexibility around location. Trust, autonomy, and execution matter more than proximity.

What You’ll OwnExecutive Support
  • Own and optimize a complex calendar across multiple businesses and time zones
  • Manage inboxes, messages, and notifications (Slack, email, text)
  • Act as gatekeeper: filter, prioritize, and surface only what matters
  • Prepare meeting briefs, agendas, and follow-up summaries
  • Track decisions, deadlines, and commitments
Operations & Execution
  • Build and maintain task systems, dashboards, and workflows
  • Track projects, follow-ups, and deliverables across teams
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and partners
  • Handle light legal, HR, and financial admin tasks
  • Maintain accurate reporting and documentation
Personal & Lifestyle Support
  • Schedule personal appointments (medical, wellness, travel, etc.)
  • Coordinate shopping, gifting, and errands
  • Support ad-hoc personal logistics as needed
Strategic & Tactical Support
  • Support research, competitive analysis, and prep for opportunities
  • Help structure new initiatives and incoming opportunities
  • Ensure the executive is focused only on highest-value work
What Success Looks Like

By 90 days:

  • The executive’s calendar, inbox, and task flow are structured and predictable
  • Communication noise is dramatically reduced
  • You operate with minimal instruction and high trust

By 1 year:

  • You function as a true leverage point for the executive
  • Opportunities no longer fall through due to time constraints
  • Systems run smoothly without constant oversight

  • Proactive, decisive, and calm under pressure
  • Highly organized with strong systems-thinking ability
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning tools quickly
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
  • Concise communicator (clear > verbose)
  • You do not need hand-holding and are comfortable figuring things out independently.
Working Style & Expectations
  • Monday–Friday availability (8/9am–5/6pm local)
  • Responsive during business hours; flexible as needed
  • Remote-first, outcome-driven culture
  • Contractor (1099) to start, with potential W2 conversion later

RequirementsRequired Experience & Skills
  • 3–5+ years supporting executives or founders in fast-paced environments
  • Experience in digital, startup, marketing, or tech-adjacent industries preferred
  • Strong Google Workspace skills (Gmail, Calendar, Docs)
  • Comfort with project management tools (ClickUp preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing accuracy
Nice to Have
  • Experience supporting founders with multiple companies
  • Familiarity with CRMs, dashboards, or analytics tools
  • Comfort using AI tools to increase efficiency
  • Background in paid media, software, or health & fitness industries
