About The RoleThe Executive Assistant is a key support partner to our clients, helping them stay focused, organized, and on track. In this role, you’ll work closely with executives to manage schedules, communications, and priorities—providing reliable, thoughtful support that blends a personal touch with smart use of tools and systems. You'll also collaborate with other assistants, sharing ideas and learning as part of a team committed to meaningful, high-quality support.
Core ResponsibilitiesClear Communicator: Keep communication flowing by managing inboxes, drafting messages, and ensuring timely follow-ups with a polished, professional tone.
Relationship Builder: Help maintain strong, trusted relationships by being responsive, and reliable.
Calendar Strategist: Manage dynamic and often shifting calendars, making sure time is spent where it matters most and that priorities stay on track.
Operations Partner: Serve as a go-to resource for day-to-day support, from coordinating meetings and travel to handling logistics.
Project Supporter: Track progress on key initiatives, follow up on next steps, and help executives stay ahead of deadlines.
Systems Improver: Look for opportunities to refine workflows and processes, using tools and tech to boost efficiency and reduce friction.
Detail-Oriented Organizer: Juggle multiple tasks with care and precision, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Financial Admin: Handle expenses, invoices, and light reporting to keep financial details organized and up to date.
Experience: 4–7 years providing high-level support in roles like Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Office Manager. Comfortable managing communications, shifting schedules, and helping keep complex projects on track.
Supportive Teamwork: Some experience guiding or mentoring others, with a focus on sharing knowledge and building a strong team culture.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management platforms, communication tools, CRMs, and financial systems to streamline work and boost efficiency.
Core Strengths: Strong communicator and natural problem-solver who brings good judgment, a proactive mindset, and professionalism to everything you do—always with a high level of care and discretion.
Location: Remote
Geographical Focus: US-based or UK- based
We are committed to providing a competitive compensation package that rewards your experience and contributions.
Annual Compensation:
The starting annual compensation for this role is expected to be in the range of $55,000 to $85,000, commensurate with skills and relevant experience.
