About the role
This is a high-impact Executive Assistant position for someone who wants to operate as a trusted partner to senior leadership—anticipating needs, optimizing time, and ensuring leaders can focus on the work that matters most.
At CG Oncology, the Executive Assistant plays a critical role in how decisions are made, meetings are run, and priorities are executed across a fast-moving, mission-driven biopharmaceutical organization.
You will support multiple senior executives by removing friction from their day-to-day operations—managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, handling sensitive information, and serving as a professional liaison across the organization and with external partners.

Essential Functions
- Optimizing executive time and priorities so leaders can focus on high-impact work
- Managing confidential information with absolute discretion and sound judgment
- Planning and executing meetings, events, and travel with precision and minimal disruption
- Serving as a central communication hub between executives, teams, and external contacts
- Ensuring administrative and contract workflows (DocuSign, POs, MSAs, CSAs) are accurate, compliant, and reliable
- Continuously improving how work gets done, including leveraging tools, automation, or AI where appropriate

Qualifications
- High School Graduate with two (2) years of Post High School Trade, Business or Professional School or associate's degree
- Five (5) years of experience providing administrative & secretarial support at an Executive level.
- Possesses a high level of proficiency in administrative and secretarial skills & versatility in use of PCs and related office software.
- Maintain orderly files and information to accomplish role.
- Functions well as part of a team set in a variety of remote domestic and internal locations (i.e., different time zones).
