The Impact You Will Make
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level support to our C-suite leaders (Chief Business Officer, Chief Legal Officer), enabling them to operate efficiently and focus on strategic priorities. Serving as a trusted partner and primary point of contact, you will manage complex calendars, communications, and travel while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations of the executive office. This individual contributor role requires strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to navigate competing priorities in a fast-paced, global environment. Your work will directly enhance executive effectiveness, strengthen internal and external relationships, and ensure critical initiatives move forward with precision and urgency.
How You Will Bring Our Mission to Life
What You Will Do
Provide comprehensive administrative support to C-suite executives, enabling them to focus on advancing Risepoint’s mission to expand access to high-quality, workforce-relevant education
Manage complex, ever-changing executive calendars, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and efficient use of time across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
Serve as a trusted liaison between executives and internal/external partners, including senior leadership, university partners, and board members, fostering strong, professional relationships.
Coordinate and prioritize communications on behalf of executives, including drafting correspondence, preparing presentations, and managing sensitive or confidential information with discretion.
Plan and execute domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries, agendas, and supporting materials, ensuring seamless execution of business activities.
Oversee expense reporting and administrative processes with accuracy and timeliness.
Organize and support executive-level meetings, events, and conferences, managing logistics such as venue coordination, vendor negotiations, and budget tracking.
Anticipate executive needs, proactively identify and resolve issues, and drive follow-through on key initiatives and special projects.
Track action items and ensure timely follow-up on critical priorities and commitments.
Process invoices and certain standard legal filings.
Manage multiple competing priorities with a high sense of urgency, maintaining flexibility to support work outside of standard business hours when needed.
Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and operational excellence in all interactions and deliverables.

C-Suite Executives are highly effective and focused on strategic priorities because calendars, communications, travel, and priorities are proactively managed with accuracy and efficiency.

A successful candidate should be able to and be comfortable with implementing AI tools to handle the workload more efficiently.

What You’ll Bring to the Team
Experience That Matters Most
Significant experience (8+ years) providing executive-level support to C-suite leaders in a fast-paced, global organization, including managing complex calendars, travel, and communications across multiple time zones, including international time zones and travel (UK, CAN and Australia).
Exceptional organizational, communication, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing demands, handle sensitive information with discretion, and deliver high-quality work with strong attention to detail.
Experience working in fully remote environments will be of significant advantage.
Bachelor’s degree and demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, along with a proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to build strong relationships and operate independently with sound judgment.

Experience supporting executives in a high-growth or transforming organization, with the ability to adapt quickly to evolving priorities, processes, and ways of working.
Demonstrated experience leveraging technology and tools (including emerging AI solutions) to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance executive support.
Experience planning and supporting large-scale or high-visibility events, along with strong vendor management and budget coordination skills.
