Your mission

Be a force multiplier for CoinTracker’s Product & Design lead by managing scheduling, email, travel, and communications and driving operational projects and events with excellence.

Your one-year outcomes
  • Provide top tier support for calendar management by driving the work-stream autonomously, proactively, efficiently and effectively.

  • Build a deep understanding of your leader’s OKRs and priorities, and utilize your business acumen to ensure they are spending 100% of their time on allocated areas of work.

  • Become an extension of your leaders, anticipating their needs, driving administrative and operational projects with excellence, and “seeing around corners” on their behalf.

  • Play an integral role in planning and executing operational projects, co-working events and off-sites for your leaders and their teams.

  • Partner with the EBP team to execute and plan company-wide events and/or projects.

    • Proven track record of delivering cross-functional medium to large scale projects and/or events (internally and externally facing) from ideation through delivery

    • Ability to quickly establish exemplary trust with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, while exhibiting composure

    • Communicates and drives work autonomously, reliably, proactively, and efficiently

    • High EQ with ability to influence across all levels of experience

    • Comfortable driving ambiguous work forward in a fast-paced, start up environment; creating clarity along the way

    • Showcases deep openness to growing, learning, and to giving and receiving feedback

    • Works effectively in a remote-first setting, is available for in-person events multiple times per year

The starting salary for this position is between $160,000 - $190,000 USD. Candidate's location does not impact the posted salary range.

The actual compensation offered will be based on a variety of job-related factors including relevant skills, education, and experience. This position also includes equity in CoinTracker and benefits like medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, and PTO.
