We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to hold the technical responsibilities of seamless dyeing during the assigned shift, maintain relevant records of critical parameters and areas and understand the deviations and drive long-term permeant solution while supporting to manage the deviations short term, develop technical knowledge of TLs and TMs to perform their job as well as to ready them to next level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow-up the dye batches until finish it as per the given program, do take necessary actions if program and actual batch deviating by coordinating with front end teams.

• Do take necessary actions to correct the shade and performance of dye batches if deviating it against the standard.

• Do coordinate with front end teams and get the necessary information regarding improvements, next week new colours and other technical inputs and educate the TLs of the shift to smooth technical transferring.

• Monitor the dye recipe issuing by authorizing it as required by checking the necessary information, instructions, and calculations.

• Control the dye related reject % found at fabric inspection.

• Suport the dye batch related problem solving when required together with TLs.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Degree in Physical Science or Engineering.
• Knowledge in Chemistry and Statistics would be an advantage.
• Sound communication and negotiation skills.
• Good at decision making and problem solving.
• Ability to work on shift operation.
