We offer merchants an end-to-end payments solution that provides authorization and settlement capabilities, as well as instant access to funds and payouts. We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

Job Summary:

This job engages with team members to contribute to user experience solutions and improvements. They collaborate on projects to ensure user needs are met through effective design and assist in developing user-centered design concepts. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing user feedback to inform design decisions, exercising judgment within defined processes, and enhancing user experience through collaborative efforts.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Perform portions of designs that are user-centric and visually appealing requiring general domain knowledge and developing business expertise
• Support and may lead projects of limited scope impacting the product function
• Analyze and make decisions within limited parameters under regular supervision
• Receive regular and general instruction and guidance from more experienced colleagues on work in the form of specific objectives

Expected Qualifications:

• 1+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

The base pay for this role will depend on where you work and the relevant experience and expertise you bring. The expected range of pay for this role by location is:

Primary Location | Pay Range:

Austin, Texas | ($106,000.00 - $157,300.00 Annually)

Additional Location(s) | Pay Range:

San Jose, California | ($116,500.00 - $173,250.00 Annually)

Additional compensation for this role may include an annual performance bonus, equity, or other incentive compensation, as applicable.
