The Task At Hand:

At JuneShine Brands, we believe great products are built through great partnerships.

As a Manufacturing Coordinator, you'll serve as the operational representative for your assigned contract manufacturing partners, helping ensure scheduled production of our THC beverage portfolio - spanning 750mL bottles, 12oz cans, 2oz shot bottles, and Snap Packs - occurs safely, efficiently, and according to plan. You'll build strong relationships, solve problems in real time, and work closely with internal teams and manufacturing partners to execute JuneShine Brands' production plans across every format. You'll spend time where the work happens: on production floors, in batching rooms, beside bottling, canning, shot-bottle, and Snap Pack lines, and alongside plant leadership. As you develop a deep understanding of each manufacturing partner's capabilities, constraints, and opportunities across every format JuneShine Brand produces, you'll become a trusted extension of both JuneShine and our manufacturing partners.

If you enjoy solving problems, building relationships, and seeing products come to life, this role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on every THC product that leaves our manufacturing partners, while growing your expertise in manufacturing operations.

Please note, we are currently hiring for TWO Coordinator positions!

Who You Are:

  • Operations-focused manufacturing professional with 2+ years of experience in beverage, food, CPG, or other manufacturing environments; THC or cannabis beverage experience is a plus
  • Comfortable on both the production floor and in the ERP, managing work orders, inventory, and manufacturing documentation
  • Excited to build strong relationships with contract manufacturing partners while supporting product launches, production, and operational execution
  • Naturally curious, organized, and solutions-oriented, with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Strong communicator who enjoys collaborating across Supply Chain, Quality, Operations, and manufacturing partners
  • Willing to travel approximately 60% to support manufacturing partners where the work happens

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as JuneShine Brand's operational representative across our network of contract manufacturing partners
  • Build strong relationships with production, quality, and plant leadership while supporting day-to-day manufacturing operations
  • Walk production floors across bottling, canning, shot-bottle, and Snap Pack lines to monitor manufacturing execution, identify risks, and support product launches, scale-ups, and operational improvements
  • Verify production readiness across all packaging formats - bottles, cans, shot bottles, and Snap Packs - through inventory spot checks, production documentation, and ERP accuracy
  • Process production work orders, purchase orders, inventory transactions, and manufacturing records within Ekos
  • Investigate operational and quality issues, partnering with internal teams and manufacturing partners to develop practical solutions
  • Act as the communication bridge between our manufacturing partners and internal Supply Chain, Quality, Innovation, Logistics, and Finance teams
  • Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing performance, communication, and partner execution

Must Haves:

  • 21 years of age or older at time of application
  • 2+ years of experience in beverage, food, CPG, or manufacturing, including supporting contract manufacturing operations
  • Experience with ERP or production management systems (Ekos preferred), including work orders, inventory transactions, and manufacturing documentation
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing operations and inventory management, and how production decisions affect cost, quality, and supply
  • Strong relationship-builder who collaborates well with production, quality, and cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to travel approximately 60%+ (more during launches and key initiatives) to support manufacturing partners

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience in THC, hemp-derived, cannabis, alcoholic beverage, or other regulated beverage manufacturing
  • Experience across multiple packaging formats (bottling, canning, shot bottles, multipack/Snap Pack assembly)
  • Experience supporting product launches, scale-ups, or continuous improvement initiatives
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, KPI tracking, or root cause problem solving
  • Experience with Ekos or similar ERP systems
  • Experience working directly with contract manufacturers or external production partners
  • Naturally curious - enjoys asking questions and continuously learning new processes

Compensation, Benefits + Perks:

    Compensation:
  • $75,000 - $85,000,  per year
  • The final offer will be based on several factors, including experience, skills, location and overall expertise
  •

  • Healthcare coverage: up to 90% company contribution for employees and 25% for dependents
  • Voluntary vision, dental, and accidental plans

Who We Are

Our Company

JuneShine Brands was built by people who believe you shouldn't have to choose between living well and working hard. Our founders met through a shared love of surfing, the outdoors, and chasing experiences worth having. That spirit still runs through everything we do.

We are a company with a purpose beyond profit. Every brand we build exists for a reason. We believe the next generation of consumers will choose brands that reflect their values, and we intend to build exactly those brands.

We hire exceptional people and get out of their way. Flexible hours, no micromanagement, and trust as the default — we take cues from Yvon Chouinard's Let My People Go Surfing, a book we give every new hire on day one. What we ask in return is simple: own your work, deliver with excellence, and never let flexibility come at someone else's expense.

We value people who are hungry and humble, who take ownership without being asked, who move fast without cutting corners, and who make everyone around them better. If that sounds like you, we'd love to meet you.

JuneShine Brands is a purpose-driven organization composed of a diverse and dynamic group of individuals with varied backgrounds, passions, and beliefs.
