Full-Time Salary Range: $133333 - $226667

* Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient use of resources, and effective top level management of budgets, personnel, and operations.

* Develop, implement, and manage programs, projects, or initiatives to achieve organizational objectives.
* Ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

* Supervise and mentor team members, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
* Foster a positive and transparent work environment.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, management, public administration).
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a similar industry or organization.
