F35 Project Integration Lead

Job Description
Join the BAE Systems F-35 Aircraft Health Management Integration team. The team undertakes high technology software development, data science and fleet tracking activities to maximize aircraft availability for the global F-35 fleet. This is an exciting and challenging time for the F-35 program as the fleet grows to over 2,000 aircraft in the next decade. You will assist in driving team wide integration of our business management activities and will work in a highly collaborative manner with the Integration Team lead to support the wider BAE SYSTEMS business in the US and UK. The Integration Team provides program/business management, quality assurance and governance support to the Business Lead and Value Stream leads.
A strong project management background and contractual/commercial/financial awareness is critical for this role.
Responsibilities include:

• Project/business management tasks to ensure timely and accurate information is presented at Business/Operations Reviews
• Executing day to day Control Account Manager (CAM) responsibilities on behalf of the Business Lead
• Supporting the Value Stream leads in developing Integrated Master Schedules across all contracts with clear identification of risks and dependencies
• Coordinating bids and proposals for extension of current work and winning new work
• Coordinating development of an integrated staffing plan across all contracts working closely with the Business Lead and Program Management Office
• Working closely with the UK based team to integrate plans and schedules
• Support the Value Stream leads in development of Risks, Issues and Opportunities
• Embrace quality management principles and a continuous improvement mindset

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years work experience or equivalent experience
• Strong Project Management skills including Earned Value and Control Account Management
• Microsoft Office, including Project and advanced features of Excel
• Excellent organization, communication, influencing and networking skills

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Experience with teams that operate Agile development methods, tools and behaviors
• Awareness of the principles of Quality Management frameworks such as AS9100D, ISO9000 etc.
• Experience of integrating complex programs of work across multiple companies and geographical locations

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $120874 - $205486

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
