This role is responsible for providing comprehensive FAB support, system maintenance, within a manufacturing and technical environment, ensuring the smooth operation of critical systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

FAB Support:

•    Provide first-line support by triaging and resolving service tickets.
•    Set up and maintain backups for tool computers.
•    Setup & Configure new Operator Computer Station in FAB.
•    Install, troubleshoot printers.

Software Management & Installation:

•    Manage and track software renewals (3rd party license software).
•    Install various software programs on user laptops as required.

System Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

•    Diagnose and resolve issues related to Tool data loading and system connectivity.
•    Troubleshoot and restore functionality for monitors / Alarms.
•    Configure and maintain Virtual Machines as needed.

Operational Collaboration:

•    Attend morning FAB Operations meetings to identify and address potential issues & operational impacts.
•    Provide off-hours support on a rotational basis, ensuring critical systems and services are maintained outside of standard business hours & provide help to troubleshoot issues as required.

Qualifications

•    Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
•    Experience with printer installation, configuration, and maintenance.
•    Experience with Windows networking, windows domain, DNS settings, Active directory, Linux systems etc.
•    Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
•    Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with users and FAB teams.

Nice to Have Skills

•    Configure Jenkins for MES and .NET applications build.
•    Create workspace for Java / Tomcat server environment.
•    Familiarity with various operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux).
•    Programming experience, particularly with Java, JSP, Servlet, JavaScript and Bash / Linux scripting.
•    SPC Chart creation (Big Plus)
