Plan, create, and optimize Facebook advertising campaigns: define strategy, build creatives, manage targeting and budgets, run A/B tests, set up conversion tracking, analyze performance metrics, and report results with optimization recommendations.
This is a remote position.
As a Facebook Ads Manager, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and optimizing advertising campaigns on the Facebook platform to achieve marketing and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy and Planning:
- Collaborate with clients or internal teams to define advertising goals and objectives.
- Develop a comprehensive Facebook advertising strategy that aligns with overall marketing goals.
- Determine target audiences, budget allocation, and ad types.
Ad Creation and Design:
- Create visually appealing and compelling ad creatives (images, videos, copy) that resonate with the target audience.
- Ensure ad content complies with Facebook's advertising guidelines.
Ad Campaign Management:
- Set up and manage Facebook ad campaigns, including ad sets and individual ads.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
Audience Targeting:
- Utilize Facebook's targeting options to reach the most relevant audience segments.
- Test and refine audience targeting parameters based on campaign performance data.
Ad Budget Management:
- Allocate and manage ad budgets effectively to ensure the best ROI.
- Monitor ad spend to stay within the allocated budget.
Ad Performance Analysis:
- Regularly analyze key performance metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, cost per click (CPC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Use analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
A/B Testing:
- Plan and execute A/B tests to assess the impact of different ad elements, including headlines, visuals, and ad copy.
Conversion Tracking:
- Set up and manage conversion tracking to measure the impact of Facebook ads on website or landing page goals.
Campaign Reporting:
- Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance and ROI to clients or internal stakeholders.
- Offer insights and recommendations for optimization.
Stay Updated:
- Keep up with the latest trends, tools, and changes in Facebook's advertising platform.
- Implement best practices and strategies for achieving advertising objectives.
Requirements
Digital Marketing Expertise:
- Proven experience in digital marketing and, specifically, in managing Facebook ad campaigns.
- Familiarity with other digital advertising platforms is a plus.
Analytical Skills:
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to make informed decisions based on campaign performance data.
Creativity:
- The ability to create engaging ad content and visuals that resonate with target audiences.
Technical Proficiency:
- Proficiency in using Facebook Ads Manager and related advertising tools.
- Knowledge of ad tracking and analytics tools is essential.
Communication Skills:
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients or team members and present campaign results.
Budget Management:
- Experience in managing advertising budgets and optimizing ad spend.
Problem-Solving Skills:
- Ability to identify issues and opportunities for improvement in ad campaigns and develop solutions.
Certifications:
- Facebook Blueprint Certification or other relevant certifications can be an advantage.
Adaptability:
- The ability to adapt to changes in the Facebook advertising platform and industry trends.
Organizational Skills:
