We’re looking for a skilled and collaborative engineer to join our team and perform failure analysis on mixed-signal integrated circuits. If you're passionate about solving complex technical challenges, supporting product qualifications, and contributing to new product development, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Conduct device-level failure analysis in a team-oriented environment to support: Customer returns, Product qualifications, Yield excursions, New product development
  • Perform electrical and physical fault isolation to identify root causes of failure efficiently and accurately
  • Generate detailed technical reports summarizing failure analysis findings
  • Evaluate and integrate new tools and methodologies into the failure analysis workflow

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) with at least 6 years of hands-on experience in IC failure analysis
  • Proficiency in electrical fault isolation techniques including: Photo-emission, Static and dynamic laser stimulation, LVx, Scan diagnostics, ATE, Thermal imaging, Nanoprobing, Bench testing
  • Strong understanding of: CAD layout, ATE and bench test datalogs, Digital and analog circuit design, Device physics, IC fabrication and packaging
  • Familiarity with common IC failure mechanisms and qualification stress methods
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline
  • Experience with physical failure analysis tools and techniques such as: SEM, FIB, EDS, AFM, Planar delayering, Chemical deprocessing, Chemical decoration
