Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Agile Scrum Master to support our growing Federal practice. Qualifications:
  • Agile Leadership: 5+ years of experience facilitating Agile sprints and driving continuous team improvement within federal IT or government consulting environments.
  • Salesforce: Proven track record leading and executing Agile projects on the Salesforce platform, with direct experience guiding delivery teams through Experience Cloud implementations and Agentforce (or Salesforce AI/Einstein) integrations. AgentForce experience is highly preferred.
  • Federal Delivery Knowledge: Familiarity with how federal security compliance and ATO timelines integrate into two-week sprint cadences.
  • Tools Expertise: Strong hands-on proficiency with Agile tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
  • Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II), or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) required.
  • Clearance & Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust or Secret clearance.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
