We're seeking an experienced fellowship & postdocs programs mentor to work with applicants pursuing competitive fellowships, grants, and postdoctoral positions. This role includes helping clients with program selection and application strategy, identifying research opportunities and research funding, and refining research proposals and research publications. Mentors also guide clients through the full application, including personal statement, statement of purpose, fellowship essays, secondary essays, letters of recommendation, and resume review, as well as interview prep and interviews, networking strategy, financial aid & scholarships, grant writing, and waitlist strategy. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience navigating fellowship, grant, or postdoc application processes, prior coaching or mentoring experience, and a clear, structured approach to helping clients present their strongest candidacy.
