Who you are:

As a Business Development Specialist with Frost Insurance Agency, you will manage multiple types of communications and marketing campaigns to assist producers in business development. You enjoy helping others and believe it takes a team to achieve success. You have a keen attention to detail and have the ability to manage multiple projects at a time. More than that, this role is about ensuring efficient and effective collaboration and doing it with integrity, caring and excellence in mind. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Support producers through pipeline management, prospect tracking, and business development activities
  • Maintain Salesforce, Zywave, and related sales enablement systems to ensure accurate data and reporting
  • Coordinate referral opportunities with Commercial Lending and other business partners
  • Analyze sales metrics and prepare reports that support business development efforts
  • Plan and coordinate client and prospect engagement events
  • Develop and maintain customer-facing presentations, marketing materials, and sales resources
  • Provide support to internal users on sales enablement systems, processes, and tools
  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor's degree; or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience supporting business-to-business (B2B) sales, business development, relationship management, sales operations, or marketing functions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Additional Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Salesforce, Zywave, or similar CRM and sales enablement platforms
  • Knowledge of commercial banking, insurance brokerage, or professional services industries
  • Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, sales initiatives, or client events
  • Understanding of pipeline management, prospecting, and sales analytics
