Role
We are looking for an experienced Field Compliance Program Manager to join our Field Compliance department. This is a remote role, reporting to the Senior Director of Field Compliance. You will serve as a critical bridge between complex regulatory requirements and our field teams, driving pre- and post-sales success through expert compliance support and customer assessments. By providing industry thought leadership and actionable guidance to our engineering and product teams, you will ensure our security solutions remain compliant and competitive in an evolving global landscape.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
Provide high-impact field support through pre- and post-sales compliance efforts, customer security assessments, and executive briefings
Drive industry thought leadership by authoring white papers, technical blogs, and product guides while representing the company at speaking engagements
Analyze global policies and regulations to provide strategic guidance to product management and engineering teams to ensure continuous compliance
Manage the customer compliance dashboard to deliver certifications, authorizations, and knowledge base resources directly to stakeholders
Collaborate with internal teams to develop training and collateral that simplifies complex compliance concepts for customers and partners
Who You Are (Success Profile)
You thrive in ambiguity. You're comfortable building the path as you walk it. You thrive in a dynamic environment, seeing ambiguity not as a hindrance, but as the raw material to build something meaningful.
You act like an owner. Your passion for the mission fuels your bias for action. You operate with integrity because you genuinely care about the outcome. True ownership involves leveraging dynamic range: the ability to navigate seamlessly between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
You are a problem-solver. You love running towards the challenges because you are laser-focused on finding the solution, knowing that solving the hard problems delivers the biggest impact.
You are a high-trust collaborator. You are ambitious for the team, not just yourself. You embrace our challenge culture by giving and receiving ongoing feedback—knowing that candor delivered with clarity and respect is the truest form of teamwork and the fastest way to earn trust.
You are a learner. You have a true growth mindset and are obsessed with your own development, actively seeking feedback to become a better partner and a stronger teammate. You love what you do and you do it with purpose.
What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
5+ years of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) within the cybersecurity industry
Strong technical background in networking and security technologies, including Zero Trust (ZTNA), IAM, and micro-segmentation
Proven experience working with frameworks and accreditation programs such as NIST, FedRAMP, HITRUST, or FISMA
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical compliance requirements for both business and executive audiences
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, or specialized Zero Trust credentials

Demonstrated proficiency in strategic field enablement planning and execution
