Field Creator (Freelance) – Capture Real Stories for Modern Brands
Location: Nationwide (on-location productions)
Type: Freelance / Contract
Industry: B2B Content & Media Production
Company: MarketScale

About the Role
We’re looking for Field Creators — agile, story-driven filmmakers who thrive in real-world environments. As a Field Creator with MarketScale, you’ll produce dynamic, social-first content that captures the real moments behind leading B2B brands: events, interviews, culture, and customer experiences.

This isn’t traditional videography. No massive rigs. No over-lit sets. You’ll work lean — think iPhone 15 Pro, DJI Mics, or a GoPro — to create short-form, high-impact video content that feels authentic, alive, and ready for platforms like Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

What You’ll Do:

  • Film branded events, live moments, and behind-the-scenes interactions
  • Capture interviews, culture clips, and vertical B-roll using mobile or mirrorless gear
  • Collaborate with remote producers for real-time direction and feedback
  • Deliver polished, social-ready vertical videos within 12–24 hours of filming
  • Adapt quickly to new environments, industries, and brand tones

You’re a Great Fit If You:

  • Shoot confidently with iPhones, GoPros, or compact mirrorless setups
  • Have a portfolio of short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts
  • Can work solo in the field while communicating with remote teams
  • Prioritize story and spontaneity over polish and production
  • Are organized, fast-moving, and comfortable working across industries (tech, healthcare, manufacturing, etc.)

Why Work with MarketScale:

  • Be part of a nationwide network of modern creators
  • Flexible freelance opportunities — most shoots are half-day
  • Work with innovative B2B brands telling real, human stories
  • Build a repeatable relationship — great work often leads to more bookings
