The Field Marketing Coordinator will execute impactful events, manage logistics, support sales efforts, and enhance attendee experiences, all while coordinating with various teams.
About DX
DX is one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in the country, helping engineering leaders build high-performing, productive teams. Our platform delivers actionable insights into developer experience and productivity - empowering companies like Netflix, Uber, Dell, Pfizer, and Vanguard to operate at their best.
DX has grown from a bootstrapped startup into a category-defining company with a customer base that spans some of the most sophisticated engineering organizations in the world. We recently closed on our acquisition by Atlassian , which means more resources behind our mission, faster product innovation, and an even bigger impact for the teams who rely on us.
How we work at DX:
Companies have all kinds of culture slides. At DX, we want to be very clear about what we care about and how we judge performance. For us, it all boils down to individual mastery, becoming the best at your craft. Those who exhibit this quality will thrive here and be unduly rewarded. We can't control outcomes due to competitors, the economy, decision-makers, etc., but what we can control is doing our jobs at the highest level possible.
About the role
In this Field Marketing role, you'll work on a small, close-knit marketing team responsible for executing DX's most visible and impactful events, from executive roundtables and workshops to our annual conference, DX Annual. You'll partner closely with sales, customer, product, and marketing teams to drive attendance, deliver strong attendee experiences, and support clear business outcomes.
In addition to owned DX programs, you'll help support DX's presence at external industry conferences and sponsored events, ensuring we show up thoughtfully and in a way that aligns with active pipeline and customer priorities.
Success requires a high bar for quality, strong ownership, and comfort working with limited process, quick turnaround times, and moving forward with ambiguity. You'll be expected to stay highly accessible, build trust across teams, and take full responsibility for how DX events show up in the market.
This role is expected to be in the office four days a week, with an optional work-from-home day on Thursdays, and may require travel as often as once per month. DX's office is located in downtown Salt Lake City, and we provide parking passes for all in-office employees.
Responsibilities
Events at DX directly support pipeline. Success is measured by attendee quality, seniority, and how effectively events align with active sales efforts. These are high-intent, curated experiences with a strong emphasis on delivering real value to attendees while staying true to the DX brand. A world-class experience is the standard, not the exception.
