We are currently seeking an intern to join our Finance team!
***This is year round internship opportunity. ASAP start!***
What You'll Do:
- Worldwide sales order bookings
- Review of purchase orders for revenue recognition
- Work with customers/sales reps to correct issues/questions on sales order bookings
- AR Collections – Contacting customers via phone to query payments, reconcile accounts, and assist with query resolution
- Professional services billing and revenue recognition
- Sending invoices for timely payment
- Collaborate with multiple teams and functions within Commvault
- Support AR Collections Team 80% and Revenue Team 20%
Essential Skills & Experience
• Pursuing a degree in Accounting/Finance
• Minimum 20 hours/week during summer and continued into the school year
• Ability to work both as a team and independently
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Salesforce.com knowledge preferred but not required
• NetSuite knowledge preferred but not required
• Ability to work flexible/more hours on month-end and quarter-ends to meet deadlines
• Strong desire to grow within the team
