We operate in a high-performance, execution-focused environment where process, discipline, and objective problem-solving drive our daily operations. You will work closely with the General Sales Manager and the sales desk to structure deals, maximize profitability, and ensure a seamless, transparent transition for the customer from the showroom to the finance office.

Responsibilities
  • Deal Structuring & Funding: Secure competitive interest rates and financing programs through maintaining strong, strategic relationships with a network of local and national lending institutions.
  • Product Presentation: Present menus and offer vehicle financing, insurance, extended warranties, and aftermarket products while clearly explaining the value proposition to every customer.
  • Operational Integration: Collaborate with the sales desk on daily showroom penciling protocols and participate in mandatory deal reviews to ensure maximum gross profit and efficient deal flow.
  • Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure strict compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Process financing and leasing deals with meticulous accuracy to guarantee rapid funding.

Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record of success in automotive F&I, or an elite-level automotive sales professional ready to take the next step.
  • Process-Driven: A systems-first operator who understands that daily habits and operational discipline dictate long-term success.
  • Even-Keeled Leadership: Ability to practice neutral thinking—keeping emotions in check to execute complex deals and resolve lender or customer roadblocks objectively.
  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills with a zero-defect mentality when it comes to paperwork and compliance.
  • Communication: Elite negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Benefits
  • A stable, family-owned environment where your contributions are valued and long-term career growth is the standard.
  • Aggressive, performance-based compensation plan designed to reward high achievers.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) retirement plan options.
  • Paid time off and vacation.
  • Exclusive access to our newly updated Employee Purchase Program.
