About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Finance & Operations Manager to oversee the financial and operational infrastructure that supports our growth. This role spans controllership, financial modeling, billing, payroll, board reporting, vendor management, and sales operations alignment.
You will partner directly with the CEO and cross-functional leaders to ensure financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and scalability. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is excited to build structure around complex, global operations.
Finance & Controllership
- Oversee billing, payroll, and month-end close for U.S. operations, coordinating with external accounting firms and auditors.
- Manage financial reporting, budgets, and forecasts that support leadership visibility and decision-making.
- Develop and maintain board materials, cash flow projections, and scenario models.
- Support pricing strategy, margin analysis, and cost management across teams.
Operations & Systems
- Own and optimize financial and operational tools (accounting, payroll, billing, and expense management systems).
- Manage vendor and customer negotiations, contracts, and payments.
- Oversee implementation and maintenance of internal controls and process automation.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to manage revenue recognition, commission plans, and billing accuracy.
Cross-Functional Enablement
- Partner with leadership to operationalize business priorities and align Finance and Ops with company strategy.
- Maintain internal compliance frameworks across entities and ensure adherence to local and international standards.
- Contribute to building a lean, scalable operational structure that supports future growth.
- Support the CEO for board meeting and investor communications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (CPA or equivalent a plus).
- 5–8 years of experience in finance and operations, preferably within a SaaS or high-growth startup.
- Strong understanding of U.S. payroll, compliance, and tax requirements.
- Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and executive reporting.
- Proven success managing software tools, vendors, and process automation.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working independently and across time zones in a global team.
