A leading national and international asset management firm is seeking a high-performing Financial Investment Sales Executive to expand its presence in the Austin market.

This is a relationship-driven, client-facing role focused on affluent individual investors. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record of retail investment sales success within a financial advisory, wealth management, or banking institution.

A portable book of business is not required.

Position Overview

The Financial Investment Sales Executive will build and manage relationships with high-net-worth and affluent clients, offering tailored investment solutions and expanding market share in the Austin region.

The firm provides strong internal support, infrastructure, and brand credibility, allowing top producers to focus on client acquisition and growth.

There is no overnight travel required.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and grow relationships with affluent and high-net-worth clients
• Drive retail investment sales across asset management offerings
• Deliver customized portfolio solutions aligned to client financial goals
• Leverage firm resources and support teams to maximize client outcomes
• Maintain strong compliance and regulatory standards
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales performance targets


RequirementsRequired Qualifications

• 5–20 years of successful sales experience in:

  • Financial advisory

  • Wealth management

  • Banking / financial services

• Demonstrated track record of retail investment sales success
• Experience working with affluent or high-net-worth clients
• Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred)
• Must reside in the Austin, TX metro area


Benefits
Base Salary: $175,000 – $250,000
