Requirements for the role:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of financial concepts, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Previous internship or project experience in finance, accounting, or related fields is preferred.
  • Ability to assist in the preparation of detailed financial reports and analysis, including variance analysis and financial projections.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the capability to work with large datasets and perform complex numerical calculations.
  • Good organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and contributing to collaborative projects.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, essential for working with finance teams and explaining financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with financial modeling tools.
  • Eagerness to learn about financial strategy, market trends, and the operational impacts on finances.
  • Creativity and innovation in developing financial solutions to business challenges.
