The FP&A Senior Director provides strategic leadership for financial planning and analysis across the organization. This role drives the development of enterprise-wide forecasting, budgeting, and financial decision support to inform executive leadership and optimize business performance. Responsibilities include overseeing advanced financial modeling, long-range planning, performance tracking, and business insights that support company strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

​​• Lead enterprise-wide financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. 
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership based on financial data analysis and market trends. 
• Oversee the consolidation of financial results and monitor performance against key metrics and targets. 
• Direct long-range financial planning and scenario modeling to support strategic initiatives and growth opportunities. 
• Manage relationships with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance for major business decisions. 
• Develop and maintain financial governance and reporting frameworks that ensure compliance with internal and external requirements. 
• Mentor, develop, and lead a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.​ 


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

​​• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 
• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field strongly preferred. 
• Typically requires 12+ years of progressively senior financial planning and analysis experience. 
• Proven experience in a leadership role managing financial strategies at a corporate or divisional level.​ 


CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES / REGISTRATIONS 

​​• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred. 
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation is an advantage.​ 


FUNCTIONAL SKILLS 

​​• Advanced financial modeling and forecasting capabilities. 
• Deep understanding of corporate finance principles and business performance drivers. 
• Expertise in budget planning, scenario analysis, and variance reporting. 
• Strong leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. 
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel functionality. 
• Ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable business insights. 
• Change management and strategic decision-making skills.​
