The Opportunity
We are looking for a sharp, self-motivated, AI forward Fintech Brand Marketing Manager to own marketing strategy and execution for one or more of our Branded Products. This is not a seat-warmer role.You will operate as a player/manager — leading with vision while rolling up your sleeves as a strong individual contributor. You will coordinate internal teams and external agency partners while driving real outcomes: brand awareness, customer acquisition, and measurable growth.
The ideal candidate bridges complex financial products with compelling, user-centric marketing — building trust and adoption for digital financial services that genuinely change people's financial lives.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning- Define and steward the brand strategy, positioning, messaging framework, and visual identity guidelines for assigned products.
- Translate complex fintech capabilities into clear, compelling consumer narratives that build trust and differentiation.
- Conduct ongoing competitive analysis and market research to identify whitespace opportunities and positioning advantages.
- Develop and execute comprehensive, multi-channel marketing plans encompassing both paid and organic channels.
- Manage campaigns across: Paid Social, Organic Social, App Store Optimization (ASO), Search (SEO/GEO), Direct Mail (DTC), OOH, Connected TV/Streaming, UGC, Influencer, and Email.
- Leverage data and consumer insights to continuously test, optimize, and improve campaign performance.
- Drive efficient customer acquisition — balancing growth velocity with disciplined CAC management.
- Serve as the brand champion across cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Compliance, Customer Success, and Executive leadership.
- Lead creative development from concept through production — writing briefs, providing feedback, and ensuring brand integrity.
- Present strategy, results, and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Champion a culture of intellectual curiosity, accountability, and honest feedback within the marketing function.
- Own brand and marketing KPIs: awareness metrics, CAC, LTV, conversion rates, ROAS, share of voice, and NPS.
- Translate performance data into clear narratives that drive strategic decisions.
- Establish testing frameworks (A/B, multivariate) to continuously improve messaging and creative.
Qualifications
Required Experience- 3+ years of brand marketing experience, with at least 2 years in fintech, financial services, or a highly regulated consumer tech category.
- Demonstrated track record of building or scaling a consumer or small business brand — from strategy through execution.
- Fluency in digital marketing channels: paid social, search, SEO/GEO, programmatic CTV, email, and app store.
- Proficiency with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Looker, or similar) and paid media dashboards.
- Experience working in lean, fast-paced environments where you own outcomes, not just activities.
