Description
This role is categorized as remote. This position does not require employee to be on-site full-time to perform most effectively. The employee's role enables them to work off-site on a regular basis. This position requires an employee to cover territory visits across multiple states within the region

Responsibilities:

  • deliver outstanding customer experiences at every touchpoint and do so on a foundation of trust and transparency.
  • Train , coach, and counsel as well as process integration, tools development, performance and analysis reports and business planning.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to zone and district parts and service managers
  • Support in driving revenue growth, achieving KPIs and effective execution of all Customer Care & Aftersales programs, initiatives and related activities
  • Responsible for successfully addressing and resolving zone and district needs, including but not limited to: Warranty, NPS, Retention, STS Training, EV Training & Compliance
  • Implement and document of actions plans to overcome zone or district headwinds
  • Ensure alignment with CAP goals and metric
  • Champion regional Customer Care & Aftersales CA projects as determined by leadership

Compensation: The compensation information is a good faith estimate only. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with applicable state laws. The compensation may not be representative for positions located outside of New York, Colorado, California, or Washington.

  • The salary range for this role is ( 89,700 - 143,300). The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
  • Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.

Additional Description
Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in dealership fixed operations
  • Proficient automotive industry knowledge and business acumen including parts, service operations, warranty administration or customer experience or in combination
  • Automotive Parts, Service Systems Dealer Operating Reports, Dealer Business Intelligence , Dealer Contact Tool or Profit Optimization or in combination
  • Financial and Fixed Coverage Optimization
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time domestically, cross multiple states within the region
  • Overnight Travel Required
  • Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Word
