What you will do:

  • Provide L1 customer support through chat, email, and social media;
  • Assist customers with product-related questions and “how-to” requests;
  • Handle payout and transaction status inquiries;
  • Provide guidance on subscription-related questions;
  • Identify and escalate recurring or more complex technical issues to the appropriate team;
  • Use the knowledge base to troubleshoot and resolve common customer issues.

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • Excellent French & English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written);
  • At least 6 months of experience in customer and technical support role is a must;
  • Experience with CRM systems;
  • Experience handling customer issues in a ticket-based support environment across multiple channels, including email, phone, and chat.
  • Ability to learn and follow precise procedures;
  • Strong analytical thinking and research skills;
  • Positive, proactive and responsible attitude;
  • Personal computer (at least 16Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 45 Mbps–download and 20 Mbps–upload).
