This is a remote position.

We are looking to hire a full-time employee or a contractor for   Data Migration Consultant. You’ll be part of a global consolidation of multiple Salesforce and CRM instances. 


Requirements
  • Should have at least 3 years of experience migrating data to Salesforce CRM
  • Should have experience working with large volume of data
  • Thorough knowledge of database systems
  • Thorough knowledge on ETL processes and Data Deduping concepts
  • Proficiency with SQL, XML and JSON
  • Cleanse data as necessary to remove the potential for issues with data migration
  • Managing the entire data migration process by identifying potential issues and resolving them
  • Develop best practice standards and protocols for data migration.
  • Evaluating different source systems such as Salesforce, Oracle, Netsuite to determine how to best move data from one system to another system
  • Coordinating with the client to determine their data needs, including the types of data that need to be migrated and prepare data mappings 
  • Establishing testing procedures to ensure that the migrated data is accurate and consistent with client specifications
  • Providing technical support for the data migration process to ensure that it runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Creating documentation of the migration process to serve as a guide for future migration projects
