We are looking for a FDE to not only execute in the field but to build reusable assets and repeatable processes, establishing a practice for the future. As we prepare for a scalable transition, this role is critical in moving us from a pilot phase to a standardized global operation. You will use your field engagements to sample customer scenarios and codify them into repeatable playbooks, accelerators, and best practices. You will be the architect of our Intelligent AI-driven services operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the Practice: Utilize direct field experience to gather the "sampling" required to define the official FDE practice and standard operating procedures.

• Build Playbooks & Accelerators: Design standard, reusable, and repeatable service offerings to support efficient growth.

• Knowledge Centralization: Contribute to the "PS Intelligence Hub" by transforming scattered project experiences into a centralized, queryable knowledge base for the wider team.

• Pattern Recognition & Offer Design: Identify patterns across customer engagements to help evolve pricing models and outcome-based offerings.

• Enablement & Scaling: Create frameworks that allow partners and other professional services roles to deliver with the same high quality, paving the way for the global rollout of the FDE model.

Forward Deployed Engineer: $153,000 - $186,300 Base Salary

Salary Determination: Our salary range is based on industry standards, company performance, and market conditions. We offer competitive compensation packages to attract and retain top talent.

In determining salary ranges, we consider factors such as:

Market Research: Industry reports, salary surveys, and online salary databases

Company Performance: Financial performance, revenue growth, and budget allocation

Job Requirements: Skills, experience, and qualifications necessary for the role

Geographic Location: Cost of living, market conditions, and industry standards in our region

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong field engineering background with the ability to abstract specific customer solutions into generalizable methodologies.

• AI Strategy & Governance: Experience in defining AI governance models and embedding AI into lifecycle processes.

• Systems Thinking: Ability to design "intelligent and repeatable" designs that allow the organization to solve once and scale broadly.

• Strong collaboration skills to align with Digital, Product, and CO teams on priorities to transform PS digital processes
