A Day in the Life:

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will work directly alongside our clients — in some cases joining them on-site to understand their day-to-day challenges, support AI solution deployments, and help drive adoption. You are curious, adaptable, and energized by variety: no two client engagements look exactly alike, and you thrive in that environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who has picked up strong business instincts through consulting or client-facing work and is now looking to grow into a technical delivery role at a fast-moving company.

  • Support client engagements on-site, helping to understand workflows, surface pain points, and document business requirements
  • Assist in the configuration and deployment of AI-powered tools and solutions within client environments
  • Act as a day-to-day point of contact for clients during implementation, escalating to senior teammates when needed
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical business stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal product, engineering, and sales teams, and relay client feedback to help shape the product roadmap
  • Help build repeatable playbooks and documentation from client engagements
  • Actively leverage AI tools to streamline tasks, improve the quality of your work, and share best practices with teammates while continuously seeking new ways to integrate AI into your everyday workflows
  • Travel to client sites as needed (up to 25% travel expected)

What it takes:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing or consulting role, ideally at a mid-size or large consultancy (e.g.Protiviti, West Monroe, Huron, or similar)
  • Solid business awareness — you understand how companies operate, how decisions get made, and how to speak the language of business stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of AI tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, automation tools, or AI-assisted workflows); genuine curiosity to go deeper
  • Basic familiarity with APIs or scripting (Python, TypeScript)
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own time across multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting to small groups
  • Some exposure to client workshops, requirements gathering, or business analysis
  • Adaptable and positive in ambiguous or fast-changing situations
  • Willingness to travel on-site to client locations as required
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Zapier, Power Automate, or other no-code/low-code platforms
  • Experience in a startup, SaaS, or technology company environment
  • Interest or coursework in a specific vertical (e.g., financial services, healthcare, operations, or supply chain)
  • Any formal AI or data certifications (e.g., Anthropic, Google AI Essentials, Microsoft AI-900, Coursera ML courses)

Regardless of your specific role, we seek individuals who are excited to explore, adopt, and evangelize AI tools and methodologies. If you have experience in AI or a proven track record of rapidly learning and mentoring others on emerging tech, you’ll fit right in.
