About Tribe AI:

At Tribe, we’re on a mission to help enterprises realize the value of AI for their business. Every large enterprise wants to use AI to transform how they operate — but many don’t have the capabilities to do it. That gap is our opportunity.

We’re an AI-native services company that helps enterprises build and deploy best-in-class AI products that deliver real business impact. We partner closely with OpenAI and Anthropic, giving us rare visibility into the most advanced models, roadmaps, and GTM strategies in the world.

About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Product Manager to serve as the critical bridge between our clients' business needs and our technical capabilities. In this role, you'll spend approximately 80% of your time embedded with client accounts, driving product strategy and execution on-site, while dedicating the remaining 20% to internal product initiatives that strengthen our overall offering.

As a Forward Deployed Product Manager, you'll be responsible for translating complex client challenges into tangible AI solutions, working closely with both client stakeholders and our internal teams to ensure successful outcomes. You'll shape product vision, own delivery from conception to implementation, and continuously identify new opportunities for value creation.

This senior position requires a strategic mindset, exceptional client management skills, and the ability to navigate complex organizational environments while maintaining a relentless focus on product excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement (80%)

  • Solution Design & Discovery: Lead technical discovery with clients, design tailored AI solutions, and ensure fit between client needs and our capabilities

  • Product Vision & Strategy: Define clear product vision and success metrics, maintain a prioritized backlog, and use rapid prototyping to gather early feedback

  • Delivery Leadership: Own the product lifecycle end-to-end, lead client status meetings, and influence key stakeholders including C-suite executives

  • Value Realization: Ensure deliverables meet technical standards and user needs, evolve scope based on feedback, and identify new value opportunities

Internal Product Initiatives (20%)

  • Translate client-specific solutions into scalable, repeatable products

  • Contribute insights from client engagements to company-wide product strategy

  • Share best practices across the organization to improve our overall approach

About You:
  • 10+ years of product management experience, with significant time spent in client-facing roles

  • Proven track record of leading complex technical product initiatives from conception to delivery

  • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their practical applications in enterprise settings

  • Experience in consulting or professional services environments

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences

  • Experience managing stakeholder relationships at the executive level

  • Experience with agile methodologies and product development frameworks

Why Join Us:
  • Client-Driven Innovation: Solve real-world challenges alongside enterprise clients, directly influencing their AI transformation journey and our product evolution

  • Strategic Impact: Drive solutions that create measurable business value for clients while shaping our company's approach to AI implementation

  • Technical Excellence: Work at the cutting edge of AI technologies, translating complex capabilities into practical, high-impact applications

  • Balanced Autonomy: Enjoy the freedom to lead client engagements with your vision while having the support of a talented team behind you

  • Professional Growth: Accelerate your career in a high-growth environment where you'll develop both deep technical expertise and executive-level consulting skills
