About the Role:

We’re looking for a rockstar Account Executive to join our team at Reacher. This role entails putting together the full processes and systems for your end to end sales motion. This role is ideal for candidates who have experience taking early stage startups from launch to exit and are looking for their next challenge.

You’ll be responsible for generating and closing new opportunities, nurturing relationships with business owners, and ensuring customers see maximum success on TikTok Shop using our platform.

What you'll do:
  • Own the full sales cycle from outbound sourcing, first meeting, closed and maintaining relationships with a book of business

  • Build pipeline via outbound, inbound, events, partnerships and leveraging AI powered tools

  • Take prospects from initial contact through to closed-won and onboarding, ensuring smooth implementation and measurable customer satisfaction.

  • Work closely with founders, and leadership to keep a tight feedback loop between product, engineering and customer success

  • Help lay the foundation or the future sales organization as the company grows

Required Experience:
  • 3-5 years in Account Executive role at an early or growth stage startup, Prior SDR/BDR experience is a plus

  • Proven track record in closing deals and exceeding quota

  • Excited about working in an office within LA

  • Builders mindset ready to grow sales strategies and assist with GTM

  • Proven ability to manage the full cycle: prospecting, closing, onboarding, and retaining customers

  • Strong background in e-commerce, digital, or SaaS platforms

  • Experience building relationships directly with business owners and decision makers

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to travel for in-person meetings and events

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop, social commerce, or affiliate/creator marketing

  • Existing network of e-commerce or Amazon ecosystem customers (bonus)

  • Hands-on skills with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)

  • Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, AI SDRs, or similar) to scale outreach and email sequencing
