About EagleSight.ai

EagleSight builds Vision AI for surveillance and physical operations. Our technology monitors video feeds in real time, detects events as they happen, and transforms existing camera infrastructure into actionable alerts, operational intelligence, and analytics.

Our flagship products include:

  • Casino Table Games Surveillance: real-time detection and notification of dealer errors, cheating events, and other activity requiring surveillance attention.
  • Queue Management: real-time measurement and prediction of wait times, traffic flow, and congestion to help hospitality, stadium, casino, and entertainment operators improve the guest experience and optimize staffing.

We recently closed a multimillion-dollar seed round, have technology deployed with customers, and are now building the revenue engine to scale EagleSight into a category-defining Vision AI company.

About the Role

This is our first Account Executive hire and an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of building something massive.

You won't be stepping into a mature sales organization with a finished playbook. You'll help create the playbook. You'll work directly with the CEO and leadership team to help shape EagleSight's go-to-market strategy, refine our messaging and positioning, identify the highest-value customer segments, and build a repeatable revenue engine.

The role is heavily focused on new business. You'll prospect, develop relationships, run discovery, coordinate demos and pilots, negotiate agreements, and close customers.

Just as importantly, you'll help determine how EagleSight sells at scale.

There is no SDR handing you meetings and no sales manager checking your activity. You own your calendar, your target accounts, your pipeline, and your number.

For the right person, this is an opportunity to be much more than an AE. It's a chance to become one of the foundational members of the commercial organization and help build the sales team that follows you.

What You Will Do

  • Build target account lists and prospect end-to-end through email, phone, LinkedIn, referrals, industry relationships, and in-person visits.
  • Develop new business across casino gaming, hospitality, stadiums, entertainment venues, and other markets where EagleSight's Vision AI can create measurable operational value.
  • Run discovery with surveillance directors, table games leaders, operations executives, and senior property leadership.
  • Coordinate demos and pilots alongside our technical team and manage opportunities from first conversation through signed agreement.
  • Negotiate and close subscription agreements involving multiple stakeholders across surveillance, operations, IT, finance, and compliance.
  • Work trade shows, gaming conferences, and industry events and turn relationships and floor conversations into real pipeline.
  • Regularly visit Las Vegas properties and build relationships face-to-face. This is an industry where relationships matter.
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline, forecasting, and customer notes in HubSpot.
  • Bring market intelligence back to product and marketing: objections, feature requests, competitive intelligence, customer priorities, and pricing feedback.
  • Help refine our ICP, messaging, pricing, sales stages, pilot structure, qualification criteria, and overall go-to-market strategy.
  • Help turn what works into a repeatable sales playbook and scalable revenue engine.
  • As we grow, help recruit, onboard, and develop the salespeople who come after you.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience carrying a quota and closing net-new business in a role where you sourced a meaningful portion of your own pipeline.
  • A track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota, with the numbers to back it up.
  • Comfort with considered, multi-stakeholder B2B sales involving pilots, evaluations, or proof-of-concept periods.
  • A builder mentality. You aren't looking for a finished sales machine — you want to help build one.
  • Strong self-direction. You decide what your day looks like and don't need someone structuring it for you.
  • The judgment to operate with limited process and the ability to turn what you learn into process.
  • An ability to think beyond individual deals and identify patterns that can improve our broader go-to-market strategy.
  • Clear, direct communication and strong written prospecting skills.
  • Willingness to travel regularly and develop customer relationships in person.
  • Comfort selling technology that is evolving quickly as new capabilities and products are introduced.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in surveillance, physical security, video management systems, computer vision, AI, or related technology.
  • Casino gaming experience, either as a technology vendor or from working at a property.
  • Experience selling into regulated industries or to enterprise operations and infrastructure buyers.
  • Experience as an early or founding salesperson at a startup.
  • Experience helping build or scale an early-stage sales organization.
  • Existing relationships across gaming, hospitality, stadiums, or entertainment.

A Realistic Picture of the Opportunity

There is real ambiguity in the first year. The sales motion isn't fully defined and helping define it is part of the opportunity.

You'll have the freedom to test messaging, channels, verticals, and sales approaches. You'll see firsthand what resonates with customers and help turn those lessons into EagleSight's go-to-market strategy. In exchange, you get first pick of a largely untapped market, direct access to company leadership, and a genuine hand in building the revenue organization from the ground up.

If you're looking for a polished sales organization with established territories, scripts, and layers of management, this probably isn't the role. If you want to sell, build, experiment, win customers, shape the GTM strategy, and help create the revenue engine behind a fast-growing Vision AI company, we'd like to talk.

Compensation and Benefits

  • $75,000–$95,000 base salary depending on experience, plus commission.
  • Medical benefits.
  • Remote work, with a strong preference for candidates based in Las Vegas.
  • Significant opportunity for career growth as the revenue organization expands.
Compensation
The base pay range for this role is $75,000 – $95,000 per year.
