Receiptor AI is _building agentic AI to make bookkeeping disappear, and we’re looking for a talent who want to build it with us._
In 2025, we reached 4× organic growth, driven by product-led adoption, word of mouth, and referrals. If you think you can beat that baseline by building a scalable engine, step forward.
Tasks
As a core member of the Founding Team, you will work with the 2 co-founders to turn our organic traction into a repeatable growth engine. You will combine high-level strategy with hands-on execution, using AI and automation to build systems, compound learnings, and drive consistent momentum.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the Strategy: Identify high-leverage channels for our ICP. You plan and prioritize the roadmap, deciding what we test and why.
* Build the Engine: Turn strategy into action. Run and scale growth initiatives (SEO, Socials, Outreach, Paid, Partnerships) to turn momentum into a systematic engine, using AI and automation to multiply your output.
* Drive Decisions & Learning: Be our source of truth. You use performance metrics to back up strategic calls.
* Own the Brand & Narrative: Sharpen our positioning and turn our user love into a loud movement.
Requirements
We seek a dedicated growth owner with deep Growth expertise.
* Founder Mindset: You are driven by the fire to build, own, and grow something from the ground up.
* Strategic Builder: You bridge the gap between high-level strategy and gritty execution. You have the "figure it out" gene and love getting on the frontline to make Receiptor AI visible.
* Growth Operator: Relevant Growth experience in B2B SaaS/AI (ideally in accounting/bookkeeping/fintech industry).
* "The Flame": You bring positivity, ambition, and great energy to a small, close-knit remote team.
* Fast-paced: You move quickly and continuously question assumptions and priorities.
* Data-Driven: You use metrics to guide decisions.
* Systems-Minded but Scrappy: You use AI and automation to scale systems without losing speed or pragmatism.
Benefits
* Monthly retainer based on your location and experience + Equity (ESOP).
* Remote-First: Work from anywhere, the way you’re more efficient. We’re UTC+1 and UTC +8.
* True Autonomy, High Ownership: No micromanagement. We care about the "What" and "Why," you own the "How." We trust each other to take initiative, make things happen, go the extra mile when needed.
* Impact: You are joining right at the inflection point. Your work will directly shape the future of the company.
Send your CV and a short note on why you’re made for this!
