Lead end-to-end product design for a founding-stage decentralized identity protocol: establish visual language, prototype features, collaborate cross-functionally, iterate from user feedback, and champion Web3 design standards.
We are partnered with an early-stage startup on a mission to build a decentralized identity (DeID) protocol. We are seeking a Founding Product Designer to lead the design efforts and establish our brand's visual language. This role is pivotal in shaping the user experience and overall design strategy from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end design processes, from concept to execution.
- Establish and maintain a cohesive visual language for the brand.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Develop prototypes and design specifications for new features and enhancements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and Web3 technologies.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback and testing.
Required skills:
- Proven experience in product design, preferably in startups or tech companies.
- Exceptional skills in Figma for designing and prototyping.
- A strong portfolio showcasing Web3 projects and design work.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive projects forward.
- Passion for decentralized technologies and innovative design solutions.
