Design and prototype an agent IDE, performance dashboards, onboarding flows, and internal CMS tools. Build and maintain a scalable design system, define motion/micro-interactions, and use AI coding tools to ship production-quality frontends in collaboration with product and engineering.
The summary above was generated by AI

Vantheon is a research lab studying how AI will disrupt investing across economic classes. We believe the tools of wealth creation have been locked behind institutional walls for too long. We are here to change that.

Who You Are:

You are a product designer with 3-6+ years of experience crafting snappy, intuitive user experiences at scale. You have strong taste and a track record designing complex dashboards, internal tools, or CMS-style interfaces. You care about the details most people skip. You have strong opinions on how to balance aesthetics and functionality so every interaction drives engagement and satisfaction.

You're also AI-native. You don't wait around for an engineer to bring your designs to life - you use tools like Cursor, v0, or Claude to turn your own mockups into working, polished frontends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design a crisp, intuitive agent IDE that developers love to use

  • Design and prototype beautiful performance reporting dashboards with integrated charts, graphs, and key metrics

  • Design an engaging onboarding flow that helps new users discover and adopt core features

  • Design internal CMS/admin tools that are as delightful to use as they are functional

  • Use AI coding tools to bring your own designs to life as working, production-quality frontends

  • Define subtle, purposeful animations and micro-interactions that elevate the product's feel without getting in the way

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate user needs into elegant UI/UX solutions

  • Build and maintain a design system and component library that scales across the product

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong visual and interaction design fundamentals - a portfolio that shows obsessive attention to detail in dashboards, CMS tools, or other information-dense interfaces

  • A refined sense of motion design

  • Comfort using Figma and other design tools as well as AI coding tools (Cursor, v0, Claude, or similar) to ship real, working interfaces from your own designs

  • Familiarity with Tailwind CSS and component libraries like Shadcn is a plus

  • An eye for when to push visual polish and when to ship pragmatically

  • Understanding of accessibility and responsive design basics

Bonus:

  • Strong interest in the stock market

  • Have used Wall Street Bets or AfterHour

Vantheon is a small team building something that actually matters. If you think the tools of wealth creation should be accessible to everyone, you’ll fit in here. We move fast, take ownership seriously, and hold each other to a high standard.

We take care of the people who build with us: 100% health insurance coverage (50% for dependents), unlimited PTO, a $2,000 annual AI learning stipend, 401k, and an on-site chef for those working out of the office.
