About Endgame 🌎

Endgame is building the context engine for go-to-market. The bet underneath the company: the hard part of applied AI isn't the model — it's getting the right context to it. Real enterprise data is messy. Duplicated contacts across seven systems, deals referenced by nickname in Slack, methodology that lives in someone's head. Models can't reason their way out of that. You have to do the work upstream.

So that's what we do. Entity resolution across CRM and conversational data, fact extraction with provenance, retrieval that respects permissions and recency, methodology encoded as first-class structure. The output: a layer that powers both day-to-day GTM work and the agents teams build on top of it — agents that work in production, not just demos. Companies like Monte Carlo, BetterUp, Braze, Hex, and Vistra run their revenue motion on it.

We're a small, technical team solving specific, unsolved problems at the boundary of data engineering and applied AI. If that's the work you want to be doing, we'd like to meet you.

Your Mission 🚀

We are hiring our Founding Product Marketer to shape how the world sees Endgame. You will work with the CEO to define and execute the messaging and content that drive awareness, trust, and adoption. Working directly with our leadership team, you will be instrumental in developing positioning strategy, crafting compelling narratives, creating standout content, leading product launches, and establishing a voice that cuts through the noise.

Your Responsibilities 🗓
  • Craft our story – Partner with the CEO and leadership team to define the Endgame narrative and the messaging architecture for both operational GTM leaders (CRO, COO, CEO) and technical leaders (CIO, CTO, VPE).

  • Build a strategic content engine – Own the calendar, delivery, and distribution of blogs, customer stories, exec POV pieces, technical explainers, and product updates.

  • Run competitive intelligence – Maintain battle cards for the categories we coexist or compete with, and keep sales armed with current truth.

  • Amplify our voice on LinkedIn – Drive organic growth and help establish Endgame and our leadership as go-to voices on AI-native GTM.

  • Build customer marketing as a flywheel – Turn co-build wins into reusable case studies that make Endgame's value tangible.

Our Ideal Candidate 🏅
  • You're a true generalist – You've shipped across content, launch, competitive, customer marketing, and exec ghostwriting, and you're comfortable wearing many hats at once.

  • You translate technical depth into customer language – You can read a product spec, sit in a co-build session, and walk out with the customer-facing version of the story.

  • You write for two audiences at once – You've built messaging frameworks that work for both operational and technical executives, and you know how to balance them.

  • You thrive partnering with founders – You've worked side-by-side with a CEO on positioning, and you know how to balance their voice with the company's.

  • You move fast – You write, ship, measure, and iterate, and you enjoy the pace of a startup environment.

  • Bonus points if you have experience at an AI-native, developer-tools, or infrastructure company growing an audience around a platform-shaped product.

Benefits 🏆
  • Competitive compensation and equity

  • 401k, health, dental, and vision insurance

  • Flexible time off

  • Paid parental leave

  • Education stipend
