Ready to build the infrastructure for the physical world? Let’s talk.
The American home services industry is a $543B market where every missed call is money walking out the door. Redcar AI answers every call and text at once, books directly into our customer's CRM, and turns every lead into revenue.
We're building the world's first Voice AI on an Agent-first platform - the most adaptable, and the only one that proves its accuracy. Our Agents don't just book jobs; they act as autonomous employees for our customers' business.
Founded by a team from Google, Stanford, and Princeton, we're backed by Khosla Ventures (early investors in OpenAI, DoorDash, and Affirm) and an elite group of angels. We're scaling toward seven-figure revenues and relentlessly building the next unicorn amid the AI Agent revolution. You'll join a fast-growing team in San Francisco, the AI Mecca of the world.
Are you a high-energy competitor who is tired of selling bloated software for a slow-moving giant? Do you want to be a founding team member at a venture-backed AI startup?
As our Founding SDR, you are the tip of the spear. You won't just execute a sequence; you will help build the GTM playbook. You will spend your days hunting in the "physical world" economy, utilizing cutting-edge AI tools to book 5-6 figure deals. This is a high-impact, high-reward role for someone who wants to fast-track their way to Account Executive or Sales Leadership.
- Execute outbound outreach across phone calls, personalized emails, in-person visits, and events to engage owners of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical businesses
- Use tools like Clay, Apollo, Claude, and Gemini to automate the "boring" parts of prospecting so you can focus on high-value conversations
- Conduct discovery calls to uncover pain points and demonstrate how Redcar’s Voice AI solves the "missed call" crisis
- Maintain a meticulous record of your pipeline and work directly with the Founders and Head of GTM to refine our messaging in real-time
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of SDR experience outbounding via calling and emailing
- You've sold into the mechanical trades business before (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
- Winner of President’s Club, Winner’s Circle, top of your cohort, etc.
- Competitive, resilient, and driven to win (background in competitive sports is a plus)
- Immediate ROI >> Sell a product that provides instant, visible value to business
- Founding Impact >> Your path to AE or Sales Management is accelerated by your direct impact on our growth
- OTE: $100,000 - $150,000 / year + uncapped commission with tiered accelerators
- Equity: 0.05%-0.15%
- Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
- Perks: 3 weeks PTO, unlimited sick days
- We have both in-person and remote options available for this role! Please let us know which one you prefer when you apply
