  • Operationalize recurring analyses into always-on dashboards and alerts, ensuring stakeholders receive timely insights and next-best-actions
  • Own monthly reporting packages, variance analysis, and executive dashboards; distill insights into clear narratives and actionable recommendations
  • Partner with Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Store Operations to align financial targets with strategy and in-market performance
  • Support strategic initiatives including store expansion, pricing strategy, and inventory investment—evaluating ROI and risk
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership; influence decision-making through crisp stories supported by data

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
  • 6+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally in retail or consumer goods
  • Proven track record of process improvement and systems implementation
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management
  • Curious, analytical problem-solver who translates complex findings into practical, business-ready actions

Technical & Strategic Skills:

  • Hands-on experience applying AI and workflow-automation tools to streamline Finance processes and eliminate manual work
  • Lead business intelligence deep-dives: dig into large datasets, slice and dice to identify patterns and drivers, and convert findings into recommendations with a bias for action

  • Prototype and deploy agent-based automations using platforms like n8n; build lightweight utilities or micro-apps using tools such as Claude Code to scale output and insights
