Job Summary: We are hiring a hands-on FP&A Manager to own the day-to-day execution of financial planning, forecasting, and modeling for our SaaS business. This role reports directly to the VP of Finance & Accounting and is highly focused on building, improving, and maintaining detailed financial models and reports that drive operational decision-making.

Essential Functions / Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Build and own updates to financial models for revenue, expenses, cash flow, headcount, and SaaS metrics
  • Maintain and refine rolling forecasts and detailed budgeting templates
  • Track and model SaaS performance indicators: ARR/MRR, churn, retention, CAC, LTV, cohort performance, etc.
  • Construct monthly, and quarterly financial reports and metrics and analyze variances
  • Dive into ad-hoc analytics requests, extracting insights and translating them into explanations and recommendations
  • Support financial diligence, valuation modeling, and scenario analysis for potential M&A opportunities
  • Assist with integration modeling and post-acquisition performance tracking as needed
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to understand drivers of performance and model impacts at a granular level
  • Participate in and reviews aspects of the month end close process
  • Lead Sales commission variable compensation calculation and financial administration
  • Ensure financial data integrity and alignment between actuals and models
  • Prepare and deliver regular financial reporting to the VP of Finance & Accounting, COO, CEO, and Board of Directors
  • Clearly articulate model assumptions, limitations, and insights to non-finance stakeholders

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
  • 5–8+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple concurrent tasks / workstreams and delegate as appropriate
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
  • Deep experience with business performance forecasting and scenario modeling
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior experience with major ERP system required; experience with NetSuite preferred

Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

 

Location: US-Based, Remote

FLSA Status:  Exempt

 Compensation & Benefits:
