Job Summary

Our Customer Revenue & Tech Finance team is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to serve as a dedicated finance business partner to our Marketing organization. This role offers full cost P&L exposure, from headcount planning to non-people cost forecasting, providing complete visibility into how financial decisions support the organization's top-line growth objectives. You will work closely with Marketing leads and functional managers to support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while building the analytical foundation that drives sound business decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, curious analyst looking to deepen their FP&A expertise and grow within a structured career path. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted finance business partner to the Marketing organization 

  • Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly reporting across full operating expenses, including headcount (S&B) and non-people costs (Non-S&B) 

  • Perform variance analysis including actuals vs. forecast, actuals vs. budget, and year-over-year comparisons 

  • Analyze financial results, identify key trends and drivers, and prepare reporting materials for management 

  • Partner with HR to maintain accurate headcount forecasts and support headcount reconciliation 

  • Complete purchase order approvals and partner with Accounting to ensure financial reports accurately reflect monthly expenses 

  • Ensure SOX compliance by reviewing completeness and accuracy of financial data within pre-determined controls 

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase efficiency and reporting quality 

  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and support special projects as needed

 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in finance or accounting preferred 

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA, CPA, or CFA a plus 

  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) 

  • Experience with Hyperion preferred 

  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills 

  • Experience in budgeting and forecasting required 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment 

  • Curious, driven, and eager to learn with a solutions-oriented mindset 

This posting is for a backfill position, meaning it is to fill an existing vacancy within our organization.

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 80,000 - 120,000 USD / Annual

Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 81,000 - 121,000 CAD / Annual

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
