We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst Intern to join our Finance team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial planning and analysis within the software and payments industry. The intern will assist FP&A analysts in their daily responsibilities, contribute to the financial close and forecasting processes, and gain exposure to financial modeling and planning systems. Additionally, the intern will be responsible for completing two major projects culminating in a final presentation to key stakeholders.
What You'll Do

  • Support FP&A analysts with day-to-day financial analysis and reporting activities.
  • Assist in the financial close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Participate in the forecasting process, analyzing variances, and providing insights.
  • Work within the Adaptive Planning system to update financial models, create reports, and support data integrity.
  • Develop ad hoc financial models to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and interpret financial data.
  • Lead and complete two significant projects during the internship, which will be presented at the end of the program.
  • Gain exposure to key financial metrics and business drivers within the software and payments industry.
  • Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by the Manager, FP&A.


About You

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modeling is a plus.
  • Familiarity with financial planning tools such as Adaptive Planning is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Interest in the software and payments industry is a plus.
  • Located in Austin, Texas.
